Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Automotive, AI & High-Tech | £30,000 Basic | £60,000 OTE

Edmund & Evans are partnering with a specialist executive search firm that works with leading businesses across autonomous vehicles, electric mobility, laser technology, advanced engineering, and high-tech manufacturing throughout the UK, Germany, and the United States.
This isn’t high-volume recruitment. You’ll be identifying specialist professionals for businesses working at the forefront of innovation, with placement fees ranging from £20,000 to over £300,000.
If you're ambitious, commercially minded, and looking for a career with genuine earning potential, this is an outstanding place to start.

What you’ll be doing
From day one, you’ll work on live executive search assignments across the automotive and high-tech sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Headhunting specialist professionals across the UK, Germany, and the US
- Building relationships with senior candidates working in cutting-edge technology markets
- Supporting clients on high-value recruitment projects
- Learning executive search from experienced consultants
- Progressing into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role as your develop
