Rev & Regs is a specialist recruitment agency currently servicing a wide range of Financial Services organisations. We help them to attract and recruit top tier talent for Permanent & Contract hires, across a range of specialisms.
Through our deep understanding of Financial Services business, we provide an all-encompassing solution to our clients covering Risk Management, Compliance & Financial Crime, Audit, Legal, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Business Development recruitment.
We are looking to hire a Trainee Recruitment Consultant into our Sevenoaks office, in Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling candidates and clients.
- Communicating with candidates and clients by email.
- Selling both yourself and the services of the company to new and existing candidates and clients.
- Using and searching internal and external databases to identify candidates.
- Interview and assess candidates on the phone.
- Identify new opportunities to expand your client base.
- Organise interviews, gathering feedback, and be consultative.
- Ensure database is updated with client and candidate information.
- Building and maintaining a strong network through both telephone and personal interactions.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Customer service or sales experience (desirable but not essential).
- Highly enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.
- Strong attention to detail.
- IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to build rapport, find solutions, and adapt in all situations.
- Passionate about building relationships, both internal and external.
- Results-oriented, target-driven and financially driven.
- Organised, punctual and takes pride in their work.

Salary - £24,000 plus commission OTE £35,000 - £40,000
Location - Sevenoaks
