About the Role As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Optimus Search, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with leading businesses in some of the world’s most exciting industries. This is a 360 recruitment role, which means you’ll be responsible for managing both client and candidate relationships—acting as the bridge between the two. From sourcing and qualifying candidates to negotiating deals and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, you'll be the expert that companies rely on to find their next great hire. Key Responsibilities Source and Qualify Candidates: Identify and engage with top talent, from active job seekers to passive candidates. Client Relationship Management: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and offer bespoke recruitment solutions. Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Nurture both candidate and client relationships to ensure long-term success. Continuous Improvement: Work towards making our recruitment processes more efficient and effective every day. You don't need a specific degree or prior sales experience—we’re more interested in your drive to succeed and your willingness to put in the hard work to reach your goals. Pay Range and Compensation Package £28k/£30k basic salary depending on experience, with £52,000 average first-year earnings £80,000 in your second year No one in the business who's been here more than 3 years earns less than £100,000 Why Join Optimus Search?
