We're hiring entry-level Recruitment Consultant roles across the UK to join award-winning recruitment agencies through Programme One.
This is a sales-focused recruitment role (not HR or admin) offering high earning potential, commission, and fast career progression.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant you will:
- Generate new business through cold calling, video calls, email, and networking
- Build and manage relationships with candidates and clients
- Develop expertise in a specialist market (e.g. Tech, Finance, Legal, Life Sciences)
- Source candidates via job boards and LinkedIn
- Manage KPIs, targets, and pipeline activity
- Conduct virtual and face-to-face interviews and client meetings

Salary & Benefits
- £25,000-£31,500 base salary
- Uncapped commission
- OTE: £50K Year 1 | £80k+ Year 2
- Mentor scheme and structured training
- Clear progression within partner agencies
