The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will join our growing Manchester team and be trained to become a full 360 Education Recruitment Consultant.

You will learn how to build, manage and grow your own specialist desk within either Primary, Secondary or SEND education, developing long-term relationships with schools and education professionals across Greater Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new relationships with schools across Greater Manchester to generate new business opportunities.
  • Proactively manage and develop existing client relationships.
  • Source teachers and support staff through job boards, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
  • Manage the full candidate journey from initial interview through to placement.
  • Complete safeguarding and compliance checks in line with education regulations.
  • Coordinate daily bookings and respond to urgent staffing requirements.
  • Work towards clearly defined KPIs and performance targets.
  • Build your personal brand and become a specialist within your chosen market.
