We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing international team at Alchemy Global Talent Solutions.

You don't need recruitment experience. If you're confident, motivated and enjoy speaking to people, we'll teach you the rest.

You'll work with candidates and clients across the world, learning the recruitment process from start to finish, with clear opportunities to progress as you develop.

What you'll be doing

  • Finding candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking and our database.
  • Speaking to candidates about their experience and career goals.
  • Matching candidates to live vacancies.
  • Writing adverts and promoting jobs on social media.
  • Preparing CVs and candidate profiles for clients.
  • Arranging interviews and supporting candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Building relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Keeping our CRM up to date.
  • Learning how to win new business and grow your own client base.

What we're looking for

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Confident speaking to people over the phone and on video.
  • Good communication and organisation skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and social media.
  • Sales, recruitment or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.
