GH Engage Recruitment Academy
GH Engage is launching its second Recruitment Academy intake, and we are looking for ambitious, hardworking individuals who are ready to begin a successful career in recruitment. This opportunity is ideal for motivated people who want to learn the fundamentals of recruitment in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while receiving structured training and ongoing support.
Whether you have a few months of sales experience or are completely new to the industry, our academy programme is designed to help you develop the skills needed to become a high-performing Recruitment Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Screen and interview candidates to understand their skills and career goals
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
- Work towards individual and team targets in a performance-driven environment
- Continuously develop industry knowledge and recruitment skills through the academy training programme
