Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Join the Leap29 Team!

To explore our exciting expansion, we are looking for passionate individuals to join us as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.


About the Role

No prior recruitment experience is required! We provide comprehensive, award-winning training, mentorship, and support to help you build a successful career in recruitment. Every Leap29 manager started as a Trainee Consultant.

Unlike some roles, this position does not require business development: our client relationships are already established, allowing you to focus exclusively on supporting candidates to find their ideal jobs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Promote and market career opportunities to attract high-quality talent
  • Proactively source and headhunt candidates using a variety of channels
  • Build and nurture strong relationships through networking and candidate talent pools
  • Support and guide candidates from application to job placement, aligning their skills with the right opportunities
  • Use effective interview techniques to assess and evaluate candidates
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including interview coordination, visa applications, and candidate mobilisation
