About Young Crisis Hub

Young Crisis Hub a CQC-regulated provider delivering bespoke, therapeutic care and support for children and young people with high-level needs. Grounded in relational neuroscience and trauma-informed practice, our goal is to help young individuals return to their developmental pathway and reach their full potential.

We're growing, and we're looking for our next Recruitment Consultant to join our recruitment division at our Hackney Wick office. This is a trainee role, no previous recruitment experience is needed. What we do need is drive, resilience, and a genuine desire to succeed.

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your main job is finding exceptional candidates and placing them into roles. You'll build a strong pipeline of Mental Health Nurses, Support Workers, Registered Managers etc. specialising in CAMHS and children's residential placements, manage the end-to-end placement process, and developing relationships with candidates. This is a candidate-focused delivery role with no direct client management responsibilities, you'll inherit an existing pool of working candidates and will be responsible for maintaining, nurturing, and expanding this base.

What You'll Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
