- £28,000 base salary with OTE in year 1 of £55k

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll operate in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment where no two days are the same.
You’ll become a specialist within the legal market, acting as a trusted advisor between elite legal professionals and world-leading clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing and headhunting top legal talent
- Interviewing and managing high-level candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Winning new business opportunities and developing accounts
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Becoming a true market expert within your niche sector
