Start Your Career Working on Senior Roles from Day One

This is an opportunity to step straight into high-level recruitment, supporting senior appointments from the very start of your career.

You won’t be limited to junior vacancies or stuck learning from the sidelines. Instead, you’ll work alongside experienced, high-billing founders on complex, high-value mandates across Private Equity, CFO and Technology Transformation markets.

If you’re ambitious and commercially minded, this role offers early responsibility, direct exposure to senior clients, and genuine earning potential from day one.

The Business - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Established in 2020, this boutique recruitment firm has quickly built a strong presence within specialist, high-value market. They focus exclusively on senior mandates, with average fees exceeding £50,000.

The leadership team remain actively involved in delivery and mentoring, meaning you’ll receive hands-on guidance from consultants who are still at the top of their game. One consultant is currently on track to bill £3 million by 2025 - a clear reflection of both the market and the opportunity available to high performers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
