We’re hiring a few junior recruiters who can start ASAP, on behalf of our partner, one of the fastest-growing recruitment firms in the UK.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Recruitment is a sales job. Most of your day will involve making calls, looking for people online, having conversations, and persuading people. It is fast-paced, competitive, and target-driven.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You're motivated by targets and learning, and can work hard without being watched or pushed.
- You're comfortable talking to people you have never met - on the phone, email, or in person.
- You're organised, and can keep your notes in order.
- Some evidence of grit. Sport, sales, a tough academic path, a side hustle - anything that shows you know how to push through when it gets difficult.
