Following a record year, we're continuing to grow and are looking for ambitious individuals who want to build long-term careers within recruitment and sales.
We are currently a team of 24 and have exciting growth plans over the coming years, creating genuine opportunities for progression as the business expands.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to:
- Build relationships with clients and candidates
- Headhunt professionals within specialist markets
- Develop new business opportunities
- Manage recruitment processes from start to finish
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Become a market expert within your chosen sector

Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, sport, or other customer-facing environments is beneficial but not essential.
