The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- A structured path to 360 recruitment and business development
- Headhunting, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, advertising, and networking
- Studying the market and offering advice to clients on hiring
- Sourcing candidates tailored to clients' needs
- Coordinating interview schedules
- Providing interview success tips to candidates
- Achieving successful placements and commission
