The Benefits of the Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £28k base with an increase to £32k once promoted to consultant
- Promotion is target based – 3 placements and promotion! (Usually within 4-6 months)
- 40% commission structure with no threshold to maximize your earning potential
- One to one training by the top biller – classroom lessons on the market trends as well as hands on advice while cold calling
- OTE Year 1 – £50k+; Year 2 – £70k+; Year 3 – £90k+

The Job Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 360 recruitment – end to end recruitment
- Sourcing both candidates and clients
- Market mapping – study the sector you work within and get to know everyone in the industry to get the inside scoop
- Headhunting your clients and candidates through cold calling, advertising, LinkedIn posts and messages
- Organizing interviews and helping candidates succeed

The Ideal Candidate for this Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Hard working
- Financially driven
- Competitive – sports background
- Smart and articulate
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Strong sales experience – B2B sales, tele sales, cold calling experience
