We are currently seeking a Dutch-speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a sales-driven role where you will focus on developing long-lasting relationships with businesses across the Benelux region that have niche technology staffing needs.
At Locke Staffing Group, we believe in delivering a tailored service that truly cares for specialists searching for their next challenge and organizations looking for assistance with their niche staffing requirements. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting the right candidates with the right businesses, ensuring a successful match, with a particular focus on the Dutch-speaking market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business development: Engage proactively with new and existing clients across the Netherlands and Belgium to identify new hiring opportunities.
- Candidate sourcing: Proactively reach out to candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, Job Boards, Adverts, and our extensive internal database.
- Process management: Book interviews, negotiate salaries, and ensure successful placements of candidates, liaising fluently in both Dutch and English.

Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch and English, both written and verbal, is essential for this role.
- While no recruitment experience is necessary, a strong, positive attitude and determination are essential in this fast-paced, solution-focused environment.
- Recruitment, especially in this sector, is tough and requires a resilient, self-motivated individual. Success is often tied to persistence and intrinsic motivation. Those seeking a simple 9-5 job may find it difficult without prior experience in recruitment.
- The CRM/ERP market offers immense potential but comes with significant complexity. To succeed, one must maintain a broad, strategic understanding of the entire market, while also being knowledgeable about its distinct subfields.
- Great communication skills and the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, in both Dutch and English, are crucial.
