Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Education

Milk Education | Liverpool HQ

Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission
Start Time: 7:15am & 9:00am (term-time dependent)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Hunting for business – Calling, networking, and building strong relationships with schools.
  • Sourcing and placing top talent – Matching educators with fantastic roles.
  • Smashing targets – Working to KPIs and pushing beyond them.
  • Owning your pipeline – Developing new clients and nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Running your desk like a business – Once ready, take charge of your client base and grow your earnings.
  • Flexible start times – Begin between 7:15am–9:00am, aligned with term-time schedules.
