Due to continued growth across our global business and the opening of our New York office in August, we’re looking for a Senior Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join the US desk, supporting three high performing Senior Consultants focused on the US market with resourcing and candidate delivery

What You’ll Be DoingSupporting three Senior Consultants across live US mandates within Investment Banking and Credit Privat e EquityBuilding and managing high-quality candidate pipelines across front-office finance marketsDelivering exceptional talent to leading investment banks and private equi ty firmsConducting headhunting, market mapping, and competitor analysisManaging recruitment processes from initial outreach through to off er stageBuilding long-term relationships with high-performing finance professionals across the U S marketContributing to the growth and development of the wider delivery
