At Tenth Revolution Group (TRG), we're looking for ambitious people to join our London team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.
This isn't a typical job. It's a sales-driven career where you'll build relationships with businesses, negotiate deals, influence hiring decisions, and earn commission from day one. What You'll Be Doing
- 💼 Developing new business opportunities and winning clients
- 📞 Building relationships with senior decision-makers
- 🎯 Managing the full sales and recruitment process
- 🤝 Consulting with clients and candidates to deliver recruitment solutions
- 🏆 Negotiating offers and closing deals

Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, sport, customer service, or other fast-paced environments is advantageous, but not essential.
