The Opportunity
You'll join as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, receiving structured training from experienced recruiters before building your own specialist market within Technology. Unlike many trainee roles, you won't be expected to do everything yourself. The business has invested heavily in AI, automation and outsourced research, removing much of the repetitive administration that traditionally consumes a recruiter's day. That means you'll spend more time speaking with clients, building relationships, winning business and making placements—the activities that generate commission. You'll also benefit from an established client platform, giving you access to high-quality assignments from day one.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with senior technology professionals
- Working with leading clients across the UK, Europe and the USA
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from search through to offer
- Developing new business opportunities
- Becoming a genuine specialist within your market
- Negotiating offers and managing complex recruitment processes
- Building a long-term portfolio of clients and candidates
