What Would a Career at Wayman Education Look Like?

It’s very much a meritocracy here—the rate you earn and how fast you progress is entirely down to you.

If you’re not afraid of hard work, you will be rewarded for it!

Year-by-Year Breakdown

1st Year

  • Receive 1:1 mentoring from one of Wayman Education’s top performers.
  • Earn commission from Day One, on top of your salary.
  • Most consultants will aim to earn around £35–50k and receive 2 promotions in their first year.

2nd Year

  • Solid performers will typically be promoted to Senior Consultant, with a significant salary increase.
  • Realistically, earnings will range between £50–65k.

3rd Year

  • Consistent high-performers who show interest in management will begin taking steps toward leading a team of 1–3 consultants.
  • Some will focus strictly on billing (earning money with zero responsibilities).
  • Earnings will range between £65k–80k, with top performers exceeding this figure.

4th Year

  • Expect to earn £80k+, progressing toward 6-figure earnings.
  • Lead a team of 4–8 people while enrolled in our 2-year Leadership and Development Programme.
  • Exceptional consultants may achieve Associate Director level within a few years.
