Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Belfast City Centre

MCS Group is growing, and we're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn, develop commercial skills, and build a rewarding long-term career in recruitment.
You may have gained experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or through a business-related placement. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, and determination to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with candidates and clients, developing trust and becoming a valued recruitment partner.
- Sourcing and engaging talent through a variety of channels, identifying high-quality candidates for our clients' vacancies.
- Learning the recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement, supported by experienced consultants and structured training.
- Developing business relationships by speaking with prospective clients and identifying new opportunities.
- Managing candidate journeys, providing an excellent experience and maintaining regular communication throughout the hiring process.
- Working towards targets and continuously developing your skills, confidence, and market knowledge.

What We're Looking For
- A driven, ambitious, and resilient individual who is motivated to build a successful career.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or completion of a business-related placement would be advantageous.
- A strong desire to learn, develop, and progress within a professional environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to build relationships.
- A proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and willingness to step outside your comfort zone.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
