£27,000 basic plus uncapped commission
Maxwell Bond is growing, and we're looking for ambitious people to join our team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.
You do not need years of recruitment experience. We care more about attitude, resilience, communication skills, and the drive to build a successful career.
We specialise in Technology & GTM recruitment, partnering with some of the UK's fastest-growing startups, scale-ups, and established businesses. Our consultants work closely with founders, engineering leaders, and technology teams across the North West and wider UK market.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with candidates across software, data, product, cyber security, and technology markets
- Supporting live roles by sourcing and shortlisting candidates
- Using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking to find talent
- Learning how to qualify candidates and understand motivations
- Arranging interviews and managing feedback
- Writing adverts and outreach messages
- Developing your market knowledge and communication skills

- Resilience and determination
- A willingness to learn
- Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, estate agency, or recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential
