We are hiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our high-performing Newcastle team. Whether you’re looking to start your career within a sales based role, or already have some sales experience, this is your chance to break into a fast-paced, rewarding industry with huge growth potential!

Your role as a Recruitment Consultant:
This isn’t a sit-back-and-wait role, we're looking for people who are proactive, constantly push for better results, and who can use initiative. This is fast-paced, target-driven, and incredibly rewarding for those who put the effort in.

You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment process, acting as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates. That means:
- Proactively reaching out to new clients, selling in our services, and winning their business (this is the sales element)
- Building strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers
- Sourcing and placing specialist Cloud Tech professionals
- Managing the full journey – from first conversation to job offer

We’re looking for people who are:
- Ambitious and competitive – you like to win, whatever that looks like for you
- Sales-minded - whether you have experience in sales or are just highly competitive!
- Resilient – you bounce back quickly and keep going
- Hardworking – success here comes from effort and consistency
- People-focused – confident communicators who can build rapport fast
- Experienced in fast-paced environments like sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service (a bonus, not a must)
