We are hiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our high-performing Newcastle team. Whether you’re looking to start your career within a sales based role, or already have some sales experience, this is your chance to break into a fast-paced, rewarding industry with huge growth potential!

You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment process, acting as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates. That means:

  • Proactively reaching out to new clients, selling in our services, and winning their business (this is the sales element)
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers
  • Sourcing and placing specialist Cloud Tech professionals
  • Managing the full journey – from first conversation to job offer
