Graduate Delivery Consultant – Investment Funds Recruitment

About the Role
This is a 180 Recruitment position within the Delivery team, making it an ideal entry point into specialist recruitment.
Your focus will be on identifying, engaging and managing high-calibre candidates throughout the recruitment process, while supporting the firm's experienced Business Development Consultants on live assignments.

You'll develop an in-depth understanding of the investment funds industry while building relationships with professionals across Europe.
What You'll Be Doing
- Researching the investment funds market and identifying high-calibre professionals
- Headhunting candidates through LinkedIn, networking and market research
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates
- Managing candidates throughout the interview and offer process
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and candidate information
- Learning compliance and right-to-work procedures
- Supporting contractor onboarding and placement administration
- Producing quarterly market insight presentations for senior management
- Sharing market intelligence and identifying opportunities for the wider team
