Aspion Search is hiring ambitious, people-focused professionals to join our fast-growing Transport & Logistics team. If you’re driven, eager to learn, and looking for a career that offers genuine progression and reward, we want to hear from you.
This 6-month training programme will throw you into the deep end, supporting our Driving recruitment team from day one. Work on live vacancies, build relationships, and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidates—all while developing your skills in end-to-end recruitment process. After establishing your footing, progress into managing your own desk within our Transport & Logistics division.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll have responsibility for the full 360 recruitment cycle, with hands-on support from experienced mentors:
- ✨ Diving into live vacancies – Apply your skills to real volumetric in driving and transport recruitment
- 🤝 Nurturing relationships – Build connections with candidates and clients to secure placements
- 📞 Sourcing top talent – Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive searches
- 📅 Administering bookings – Coordinate interviews, comply with HR/migration checklists, and juggle availability
- 🌟 Amplifying your personal brand – Strengthen your online presence across LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking
- 📚 Unlocking rich training – Receive ongoing mentoring, guidance, and exposure to every aspect of recruitment

We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Genuinely excited about recruitment – Think of it as sales for good ✔️ Naturally personable – Ability to communicate with charm, empathy, and clarity ✔️ Proactive and organised – Master of appointment books, passion for continuous learning ✔️ Resilient and driven – Comfortable embracing challenge and thriving in challenging environments ✔️ (Bonus) Previous experience in sales, customer service, logistics, hospitality, or ... recruitment (great for career changers too)
