Aspion Search is hiring ambitious, people-focused professionals to join our fast-growing Transport & Logistics team. If youโre driven, eager to learn, and looking for a career that offers genuine progression and reward, we want to hear from you.
This 6-month training programme will throw you into the deep end, supporting our Driving recruitment team from day one. Work on live vacancies, build relationships, and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, interviewing, and matching candidatesโall while developing your skills in end-to-end recruitment process. After establishing your footing, progress into managing your own desk within our Transport & Logistics division.
What Youโll Be Doing
Youโll have responsibility for the full 360 recruitment cycle, with hands-on support from experienced mentors:
- โจ Diving into live vacancies โ Apply your skills to real volumetric in driving and transport recruitment
- ๐ค Nurturing relationships โ Build connections with candidates and clients to secure placements
- ๐ Sourcing top talent โ Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive searches
- ๐ Administering bookings โ Coordinate interviews, comply with HR/migration checklists, and juggle availability
- ๐ Amplifying your personal brand โ Strengthen your online presence across LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking
- ๐ Unlocking rich training โ Receive ongoing mentoring, guidance, and exposure to every aspect of recruitment
