The Role
- Build and develop relationships with clients across the Engineering and Technology sectors
- Generate new business through outbound sales activity and cold calling
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development to placement
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Advertise vacancies and proactively headhunt talent
- Negotiate offers and manage recruitment processes through to completion
- Build a specialist market and become a trusted recruitment partner
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
