No recruitment experience? No problem.
We're far more interested in attitude than experience.
If you've worked in a fast-paced, target-driven environment such as sales, retail, hospitality, fundraising, customer service, call centres or similar, and you're motivated by achieving goals, developing your career and earning commission, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for building relationships, developing business opportunities and helping candidates secure exciting new career opportunities within the technology sector.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Identifying and engaging top technology professionals
- Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls
- Business development and cold calling prospective clients
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage
- Achieving and exceeding weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
- Building your personal brand and market presence

What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who thrive in competitive, target-driven environments and aren't afraid to pick up the phone.

- Other fast-paced, KPI-driven roles
To be successful, you'll have:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking with new people every day

- A positive, ambitious and coachable attitude
- A strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Experience working towards targets, KPIs or performance metrics
Sales experience is highly desirable but not essential.
