Trainee Recruitment Consultant – US Data Centre Team
Location: Didsbury, Manchester
Salary: £27,200 basic | £35,000–£40,000 OTE Year 1 | £55,000–£70,000+ OTE Year 2
Working Hours: 12:00pm – 9:00pm (aligned to the US market)

We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing US Data Centre Team. This is an entry-level opportunity offering structured training, clear career progression and uncapped earning potential.

The Opportunity
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll focus on sourcing, engaging and managing specialist candidates across the US data centre market. Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll play a key role in supporting major projects and building long-term talent networks.

Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and engaging specialist professionals within the US data centre sector
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and industry experts
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Developing talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
- Maintaining accurate and compliant records and processes
- Building expertise within a rapidly expanding market
- Collaborating with a high-performing and supportive team
Who We're Looking For
