Salary: £26,000 base + uncapped commission

What does a Trainee Recruitment Consultant do?
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to:
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
- Understand specialist markets within Data & AI
- Source and interview talent
- Manage recruitment processes from start to finish
- Develop business development skills and win new clients
- Negotiate offers and influence hiring decisions
- Build your own network and reputation in the market

Your Training at Harnham
You’ll join the Harnham Academy, our structured training programme designed to support people entering recruitment for the first time.
You’ll receive:
