What You'll Be Doing As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn the full 360° recruitment process, including: Building relationships with candidates and clients Identifying and engaging top talent across specialist technology markets Business development and winning new client partnerships Managing the interview and offer process Negotiating contracts and placements Developing your own specialist market and personal brand Working towards clear performance and career progression goals

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, sport, or recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
