The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will join our growing Manchester team and be trained to develop into a full 360 education recruitment consultant.

You will learn how to:

  • Manage and grow your own specialist desk within Primary, Secondary, or SEND
  • Build strong relationships with schools and education professionals across the region

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new relationships with schools across Manchester to generate business opportunities through sales methods/techniques
  • Proactively manage and develop existing client relationships
  • Source teachers and support staff through job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Manage the full candidate journey from interview to placement
  • Ensure compliance and safeguarding checks align with education regulations
  • Coordinate daily bookings and respond to urgent staffing requirements
  • Work towards defined KPIs and performance targets
  • Build your personal brand and become a specialist in your market
