Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Manchester

First year OTE £37k+

About You

To be successful for the Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, you'll be a highly driven and ambitious individual. You'll have experience building relationships and working to targets, ideally within a sales environment.

You should also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Have a thirst for knowledge and self-development
  • Be creative and have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills

The Role

As the successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process. You'll build and maintain a network of clients and place candidates in mid to senior level roles within a specialist engineering market.

You can also expect to:

  • Assess job specs and create adverts
  • Proactively source specialist candidates
  • Qualify and screen candidates over the phone and through video
  • Manage interview and offer processes
  • Gain specialist market information and leverage it to grow market share
  • Manage relationships with new and existing businesses
  • Sell our services to new clients and pitch for retained business
