The Role
In this position of a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Consult: Partner with senior technology professionals and leaders
- Network: Build your own community of talent and organisations within your geographical territory
- Own: Manage the full lifecycle, building your market so you can become the go-to-recruiter in your space
- Advise: Become a subject matter expert on salary benchmarks and hiring trends
What We’re Looking For In Your Profile:
- Experience: Some commercial experience ideally in sales but a related industry or sector considered
- Mindset: Resilience, a "1% better every day" attitude, and a hunger for high performance
- Skillset: Exceptional communication and the ability to influence
