The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive structured training from experienced leaders before building your own specialist market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and engaging high-calibre technology professionals
- Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through to offer management
- Developing specialist market knowledge within your niche
- Winning new business and growing your client portfolio
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Becoming a trusted recruitment partner within your market
What They're Looking For
- Graduate calibre or previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or another target-driven environment
- Competitive, resilient and highly motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ambition to build a successful career
- Financially motivated with a desire to earn uncapped commission
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
