Trainee Recruitment Consultant – London | Future Opportunity to Relocate to New York
£30,000–£32,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

Responsibilities
- Building relationships with candidates and clients across the UK and US
- Headhunting exceptional talent for specialist vacancies
- Managing recruitment processes from initial briefing through to offer
- Advising clients on market trends and hiring strategies
- Developing your own specialist market with the support of experienced mentors
- Working with venture capital and private equity-backed businesses experiencing rapid growth
