Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Partner

Location: Worthing / Camberley (Hybrid)

Salary: £27,300 OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm

Job Summary

Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the end to end process for various departments and brands across the Group. Your role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, sourcing top talent, conducting video screening interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, and support the end-to-end recruitment process for internal vacancies
  • Review and shortlist applications against various role requirements using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Conduct initial candidate screening calls and face-to-face interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Utilise various recruitment channels (such as job boards and social media) to attract and engage a diverse pool of candidates
  • Assist in the development and negotiation of job offers, ensuring alignment with organisational policies
  • Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

What Are We Looking For

  • Previous experience working in customer service
  • Previous experience working to targets or KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and estate agency (desirable)
