The Role
As a Trainee Sales Assistant, you'll represent well-known brands through face-to-face customer interactions at our pop-up events, helping to acquire new customers while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll work alongside an experienced team, develop practical sales and communication skills, and contribute to exciting campaigns across London.

Please note: This is an in-person role with daily attendance required at our London Vauxhall (SE1) office.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent our clients through professional face-to-face customer interactions.
- Generate new long-term, loyal customers while delivering exceptional service.
- Build positive relationships and create memorable customer experiences.
- Work towards individual and team performance targets.
- Support the successful delivery of marketing and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Attend regular coaching sessions and training to continue developing your skills.
- Represent our clients professionally while reflecting their values and brand standards.
What Are we looking for?
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Confident speaking with customers face-to-face.
- Able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Organised, reliable, and eager to develop professionally.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience is welcomed but not essential.
