Trainee Sales Consultant | Base Salary + Bonus | Chelmsford
Ambitious, motivated and ready to build a career in sales?
Myriad is looking for confident, driven individuals to join our Chelmsford team as Trainee Sales Consultants.
You’ll work with recognised brands across the UK and building genuine customer relationships and supporting campaigns designed to help our clients grow. You’ll also receive practical training, one-to-one coaching and ongoing support to develop your communication, negotiation and sales skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Representing recognised brands across customer acquisition campaigns
- Speaking with customers and understanding their needs
- Building strong customer relationships
- Learning different sales techniques and the psychology behind successful selling
- Working towards individual and team goals
- Developing the skills needed to progress into leadership and management
