The Role
As the successful Trainee Consultant, you'll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process within a specialist engineering market.
You can expect to:
- Write and post engaging job adverts
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and networking
- Qualify and screen candidates to evaluate skills and suitability
- Manage interview processes and negotiate offers
- Proactively identify and engage with new clients to generate new vacancies
- Manage long-term relationships with existing clients
- Work towards KPIs and revenue targets in a fast-paced environment
About You
To be successful for the role of Trainee Consultant you'll be driven, personable and have an entrepreneurial mindset. You should also be able to demonstrate the following:
