- Salary:
- £26,500 for the 1st 6 months
- Changes to £20,000 + Commission thereafter
- Start date: 7th September 2026
About the Role

JCT600 is recruiting Trainee Sales Customer Advisors for a 6-month development programme, designed to transition successful candidates into a Sales Customer Advisor role.
The programme provides:
- Comprehensive customer service and sales training
- Classroom sessions
- Hands-on on-the-job training
After completion, you’ll help ensure every customer enjoys the very best service from first contact to delivering their new car.
Responsibilities
Graduates will handle all aspects of the sales and customer service journey, including:
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Ensuring a tailored experience from enquiry to car delivery
- Upholding JCT600’s commitment to excellence

Requirements
- Aims to be a focused, passionate, and goal-driven colleague
- Thrives with a customer-centric approach, always exceeding expectations
- Adopts a can-do mentality, determined to ** excel**
- Holds a full valid driving licence with no excessive penalties
- Must attend mandatory training dates:
- September: 8th - 10th 22nd - 24th
- October: 6th - 8th 19th - 21st
- November: 3rd - 5th
