The Role: Trainee Sales Executive
- Salary: £13.00 per hour + monthly bonus
- Location: Birmingham
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota - weekend working will be required
What will you be getting up to?
- Be the friendly face that welcomes customers to our store
- Support the vehicle collection process, ensuring all paperwork and procedures are completed accurately
- Proactively resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth, professional experience.
- Contact customers to arrange or amend collection dates
- Spot opportunities to upsell products and services
- Complete the training programme covering product knowledge and sales techniques, this will typically run for twelve months, with learning modules completed at your own speed. The length of the program will be dictated by your progress and ability
- Once you have successfully passed all training requirements you will progress to a Sales Executive position

What do we need from you?
- A full UK driving licence (to drive both manual & automatic vehicles)
- Experience in a customer service role would be highly beneficial
- Drive to build a career with Motorpoint
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Comfortable using IT systems, including Outlook and Excel
- A team player who goes the extra mile for customers
