Job Title: Trainee Sales Executive
Location: Onsite, Sheffield City Centre (S1)
Salary: £24,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £30,000–£40,000 in Year 1, £40,000-£55,000 in Year 2)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–3:45pm (early finish at 3:30pm on Fridays)

The Role: Trainee Sales Executive

This role is based fully onsite at our Sheffield office. Work from home options are not available.
This is an office-based outbound sales role where you’ll spend most of your day cold calling businesses and speaking with decision-makers. This is the perfect entry point for someone looking to launch a long-term career in B2B sales—with clear progression, big earning potential, and real support from day one.
What You’ll Get:
- £24,000 base salary + uncapped commission (Year 1 OTE £30,000–£40,000, Year 2 OTE £40,000-£55,000)
- Top performers earn £100,000+ per year as Account Managers

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-level communication, objection handling and closing skills through daily outbound calling — one of the most valuable skillsets in business.
- Build and manage your own client base of senior decision-makers across the UK and internationally
- Nurture long-term relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest high-profile sporting and cultural events
- Receive full training and ongoing coaching to ensure you hit your goals and grow your career
