Role Overview
We’re seeking a passionate Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales growth and expand our global partnerships. Reporting directly to the Team Lead, you’ll: ✔ Candidate will work primarily in a fast-paced environment that values hands-on collaboration. ✔ Expected to be officed 5 days a week in our dog-friendly London office: - Address: The Bower, The Tower, 207 Old St, London, EC1V 9NR
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed KPI-driven objectives.
- Outreach & Prospecting: Engage decision-makers through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person meetings to secure new business.
- Selling: Deliver product demos and present solutions to partners and prospects.
- End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage lead generation, qualification, nurturing, and closing through a structured process.
- Partner Success: Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to align Fresha’s solutions with partner goals.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, product, and marketing teams for seamless integration.
- Market Insights: Identify and share industry trends affecting partners.
- Lead Management: 100% engagement with inbound leads; document CRM interactions post-call.
- Customer Onboarding: Serves as a Primary Business Partner Point of Contact, driving adoption and community growth.

Who We’re Looking For
Core Requirements:
- 1+ years of demonstrable success in B2B sales (ideally SaaS/platforms/marketplaces).
- Relationship-driven approach: Proven track record of building long-term partner relationships.
- High organisational skills: Ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
- Growth mindset: Learning agility and an innate curiosity for continuous improvement.
Nice-to-Have:
- Multilingual: Fluency in a second language (advantageous).
- Industry experience: Prior exposure to beauty/wellness, SaaS, or finance tech helpful.

Interview Process
- Screen Call (30 mins) – Quick chat with a Talent Team member.
- Skills & Fit Interview (30 mins) – In person or video with Team Leads.
- Partner Presentation (75 mins) – Meet Team Leads + GM UK/Ireland.
We target 2 weeks to close, but may engage with finalists sooner to expedite.

Compensation
- Base: £30,000
- Performance Bonus: £10,000 (variable)
- Earn Extra: Accelerated commissions when surpassing targets.
