Trainee Sales Manager – Nottingham City Centre Full-Time | Career Growth | Immediate Start

We're seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Nottingham city centre team as a Trainee Sales Manager. If you're competitive, social, and looking to increase your earnings beyond typical entry-level roles, this could be for you.

What You’ll Receive:

This is a face-to-face sales role involving residential and business customer interactions. You’ll start in our Sales division, gaining hands-on experience in how we represent leading energy-sector clients and drive customer acquisitions. You’ll be learning how to pitch products and confidently guide customers through switching services using our proven sales system

You’ll be actively engaging with customers through both residential and business campaigns (B2C & B2B), building rapport, handling objections, and contributing directly to sales performance and targets.

No prior experience is required— we're looking for candidates with a positive attitude, competitiveness, and strong communication skills. Full sales training is provided, with a clear pathway into management for those who perform.
