As a Trainee Sales & Marketing Assistant

As a Trainee Sales & Marketing Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of our dynamic team, where we celebrate progression and success. You’ll learn the ability to connect with customers, mastering innovative campaigns, all while being guided and mentored to achieve your professional goals alongside the company growth!

We provide training for everyone, whether you're starting with little to no experience or aiming to climb to the highest levels of our business. Our internal progression structure is designed for those who want to take on more responsibilities and develop their sales career, this can cover anything like teaching, training, developing new team members and in the future managing Client campaigns. There are 5 key stages of our development program with each role offering new opportunities to advance your skills and take on greater responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies
  • Analyse campaign performance and contribute ideas for improvement
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and build strong relationships
  • Meet and exceed daily sales goals while maintaining high standards
  • Contribute to the success of your team
  • Execute targeted face-to-face customer acquisition on a designated direct channel

This is an Immediate start role based in the city centre of Nottingham

Please note: you must be over 18 and the right to work unrestricted hours in the UK.

Full-Time Hours ONLY: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
