Trainee Sales Negotiator - Customer Service

£26,393.75 + Uncapped Bonus (£31,193.75)

St. Ives, Cambridgeshire

This is an entry-level position, no experience needed and we provide all the training!

Known internally as a Sales Negotiator, if you decide this Trainee Sales Negotiator - Customer Service position is the role for you then you'll be joining the UK's largest group of property services, a business that is constantly looking to expand, and one that will give you the challenge and security needed in today's job market.

It goes without saying that the biggest element of this role is customer service and communication, and whether it's on the phone, in person, or via email, you'll need to be able to communicate with the best of them! You'll be a great listener and confident problem solver too.

We will need to see evidence of you having previously worked in a busy office environment successfully, ideally in a customer service, sales, or sales support position.

Finally, you'll be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft software and be able and willing to work out of our St. Ives office in Cambridgeshire.
