Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Enhancement:
- Build and maintain SAP applications using UI5, Fiori, and ABAP technologies.
- Extend existing SAP Fiori applications and develop custom solutions tailored to business needs.

Solution Delivery & Quality Assurance:
- Support the creation of high-quality, tested solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop user-friendly interfaces to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Collaboration & Continuous Learning:
- Work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and colleagues to deliver customer-focused outcomes.
- Engage in structured mentoring and training programs to advance expertise in SAP best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements
Essential Experience
- Experience working within an Information Technology (IT) team or tech-centric environment.
- Strong enthusiasm for learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Understanding of change control processes and working in governed development habits.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and deliver projects on time.
- Experience collaborating across diverse teams and learning independently as needed.
Qualifications (Essential)
- Degree or equivalent practical experience in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Software Development
- A related technical discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in software development, digital technologies, and problem-solving.
Qualifications (Desirable)
- Prior exposure to SAP technologies, development, or enterprise software platforms.
- Aspiration to gain SAP Development certification (benchmarking for ongoing professional growth).
Security Clearance
- Must obtain and maintain Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) security clearance.
