Additionally, we also represent Ford, Fiat and Maxus commercial vehicle franchises.

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Service Receptionist in our Forfar Branch

We are looking for a Trainee Service Receptionist to join our Forfar branch. This role is vital in ensuring smooth communication between our customers and technical teams, contributing to our mission of outstanding service in the commercial vehicle sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist with their service needs in a professional manner.
  • Support the service team by managing customer appointments and inquiries.
  • Dealing with customer enquires either in person or via the telephone.
  • Booking in vehicles to the workshop and mobile service vans including videoing vehicles.
  • Explaining the repair process as required and preparing job cards.
  • Obtaining order numbers from customers/lease companies when required.
  • Cash handling and invoicing.
  • Working to Ford, Maxus and Iveco standards.

The Person

We’re Looking For Someone With

  • NAT 5 Math & English
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Customer-focused, hardworking, and trustworthy
  • Willingness to learn
