Trainee Site Manager
Permanent – Full Time – 40 Hours
Job Opportunity: Trainee Site Manager (Pendleton, Salford, North West Region)
Lovell is seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious Trainee Site Manager to join our team based in Pendleton, Salford, within the North West region.
Reporting to the Site Manager, the role involves managing and maintaining site operations to ensure a clean, tidy, and compliant working and public-facing environment.
About the Role
A comprehensive training programme will be offered alongside on-the-job learning to develop your skills in multiple aspects of site management, including:
- Understanding and assisting with the implementation of site programme requirements
- Liaising with:
- NHBC
- Building Control
- Highways & Water Authority Inspectors to ensure technical compliance and programme adherence
- Overseeing health, safety, and environmental matters, including:
- assists with all statutory forms and procedures
- Effective communication with:
- supply chain partners
- internal Lovell departments
- clients and customers
- Ensuring quality control and compliance with Lovell’s document management system
